Tsawwassen - Playground Rubber Surface and Equipment Replacement
This RFQ identifies a business opportunity to provide a comprehensive renewal of the BC Ferries Tsawwassen playground facility at the Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal. The project scope includes removing deteriorated poured-in-place rubber surfacing, supplying and installing new safety surfacing meeting current standards, and completing necessary site work. Proponents shall e-mail their proposal to the attention of the Contact shown on the title page of this RFQ, on or before the Closing Date and Time stated. Any pricing tables required in response to this RFQ are to be submitted, in the electronic copy, in Excel format. Responses must be in the English language.
Email submissions must meet the following requirements:
Submissions must be made in Microsoft Office 2007 or later format or Adobe PDF format. If Attachment worksheets were provided in Excel format, the attachment worksheets should be submitted in Excel format;
- Each file should be less than 10 MB. Failure by any Proponent to comply with this restriction may result in information not being received by BC Ferries and may result in a non-compliant Proposal by the Proponent;
- ZIP or like files shall not be accepted; and
- Please do not include hyperlinks or website addresses in the Proposal to information that forms a part of the Proposal. BC Ferries reserves the right not to review any information provided by this means, and may result in a non-compliant Proposal by the Proponent.
