Tantalize your taste buds with a distillery tour and learn about the science, art, and passion that goes into every batch. Starting from the raw grains, explore the unique brewing and distilling process using local ingredients.

Highlights:

  • Taste generous samples of unrivaled West Coast craft beers and Caledonian whiskies.
  • Explore behind the scenes with a knowledgeable tour guide to see how local beer is brewed, and find out where the ingredients come from.

Tour Dates: Tours are available on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at 2:30pm, and on Friday and Saturday at 5:30pm

Activity policies

Age Restrictions: Guests must be 19 years or older to sample the alcohol on tours. Children 13 & under are not permitted
