Please note that all bookings must be made for 4 adults, even if fewer than 4 guests are attending. This is because the total price is $204 per cart, which covers up to 4 guests. 

Bookings made for fewer than 4 adults (i.e., 1–3 guests) will be automatically cancelled, as the pricing is based on the full cart rental rate, not per person.

Pick-up is available any time after 7:00 AM.
All rentals must be returned by 11:00 PM on the same day.

Drivers must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver’s license. Any class of license permitting you to operate a car, including an “N” (Novice) license, is accepted. All additional drivers must be listed on the rental policy.

Additional insurance may be necessary. Guests can purchase a Collision Damage Waiver directly from HeyYa Cart Rentals upon arrival.

Children of all ages are welcome as passengers. They must follow the same car seat and booster seat regulations that apply to standard vehicles.

Carts have a maximum speed of 40 km/h. They are fully electric and offer a range of up to 80 km.
