Please note the BC Ferries Connector - Vancouver Cruise Ship Terminal to Victoria Depot is only available on dates cruise ships are scheduled in port from April 25 to October 5, 2025.

As passenger leaves the cruise ship, go through customs and check-in with agent holding 'BC Ferries Connector Bus to Victoria: DO NOT walk out onto the bus area without checking in. Present your printed voucher to the driver when boarding the bus as proof of payment.

Location: 999 Canada Place, Vancouver, BC.

Check-in by 8:25 AM at the Cruise Ship level located at 999 Canada Place. The BC Ferries Connector will be waiting at one of the bus bays, and will depart at 8:55 AM.

IMPORTANT: Please ensure your disembarkation priority will provide enough time to meet this departure time of 8:55 AM. Give yourself at least 45 minutes to 1 hour for disembarkation of cruise ship and collection of your luggage to meet the bus on time.
